The brief for my piece of A2 media coursework will be a music video. I will be working alongside Claire to create the video. We both decided straight away that we wanted to do a music video after our experiences with the preliminary task.


from doing the task I learnt that I enjoyed making music videos, as they have a framework to base the story on. I find this much easier and enjoyable to work with, rather than having to create a story from scratch. I have also learnt that doing a extremely slow song isnt conducive to an entertaining and interesting music video, so I feel that I want to do a more upbeat and happy song.

Whatever song we choose has to appeal to our target audience, ideally I'd like the aim the video at my own age range, approximately 15-25 year olds, but it will have no features that would mean it would appeal to other audiences also.
